Refunds:

Should you have an unfortunate circumstance and have to cancel your attendance, please do so before June 1, 2011. A $50 administrative fee will be deducted from your deposit. After June 1, 2011, up to the arrival at camp, refunds (minus the administrative fee) will be given only on medical reasons (with a letter from a licensed physician). No refunds will be issued after camp begins.

Rules and Regulations:

Individuals are required to comply with the rules and regulations of Liberty University and the Danny Rocco Football Camp. Any camper that does not abide by these rules may be dismissed without refund.

Medical:

Danny Rocco Football camp is staffed 24 hours a day by Liberty University athletic coaches. The coaches and training staff will treat minor injuries typical to football and will also keep campers hydrated. In the event of a more serious injury, campers will be taken to Lynchburg General Hospital. Therefore, individual insurance coverage and emergency medical authorization is needed.

Health:

By applying for this camp I agree to complete and return to the Sports Medicine Department the confidential consent for Emergency Health Information & Parental Authorization Questionnaire. I understand this form needs to be completed and on file prior to my child’s participation in the camp activities. This form is available online and can be emailed to lufootball@liberty.edu or faxed to 434.582.2049.

In addition, please submit by faxing or emailing us a copy of your insurance card both front and back.
